Hi! My name is Joseph (he/him) and I’m a local community organizer who has been living in the Pioneer Valley since 2012. I really care about community and bringing people together. I was inspired to help everyone come together after a long winter. I’m really happy to work with Taylor to bring you Yoga In The Park as well as organize NOHO FLOW and gather as many movement events I can find in the Pioneer valley!

Hi everyone! I’m a local yoga and meditation teacher who is super excited to bring more accessible and affordable healing arts practices to our community! I’m always looking for new ways to build collective care and I’m really looking forward to working with Joseph and other local movement teachers to offer ways to be together and support each other. I’ve been living in the Pioneer Valley since 2010 and am currently completing my Masters of Social Work at Smith College with the plan to integrate body-based somatic practices with clinical therapy, focusing particularly on working with trauma.
